Letters from ICER Site Chair in Support of Visa Applications
If you need a visa to enter Switzerland, the Swiss diplomatic or consular representation concerned may request a “letter of invitation” as part of the visa application procedure.
We cannot provide such a letter unless you fulfill all of the following requirements:
- You require a visa to enter Switzerland (check the Do I require a visa? page)
- You are an author of an accepted ICER 2022 paper or poster, or a member of the ICER organizing or program committee
- You are registered (and have paid) for in-person participation at ICER 2022 via Cvent
- You provide your name and mailing address as it appears on your passport, your ICER 2022 registration confirmation number, the title of your accepted paper or poster, and an email address to which the invitation letter should be sent, in an email to site-chairs@icer.acm.org
Unable to Travel to Switzerland?
